I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, and it is an honor to walk with individuals navigating personal or family transitions, relational concerns, or shifts in faith, belief, or identity. I am especially drawn to supporting women and teen girls as they face the evolving challenges of each life stage.
My practice is rooted in cultivating a warm and non-judgmental space where you can safely show up as your authentic self. I am curious about your story - past, present, and hopes for the future. Together, we will gently explore the roots of what brings you in—whether that is anxiety, grief, loss, overwhelming expectations, feeling “not good enough,” or an ache that is hard to name. We will also pay attention to your strengths and the wisdom that already exists within you.
We know life can feel both joyful and painful, and at times, simply stuck. I welcome the messiness and the hard questions. Often, the unknown is the most disorienting place to be, but you do not have to navigate it by yourself. Let’s walk together so you feel less alone. It’s never too late to rediscover who you are and live from a more authentic place.
Prior to completing my MFT degree, I worked with all ages—children, teens, and adults—in local organizations and family settings, helping foster personal growth and community. Originally from the Southeast, I have proudly called Southern California home for the past twenty-two years. My own journey toward authenticity has been deeply shaped by examining my cultural and spiritual roots.
I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Fuller School of Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #165440) with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
