Life doesn’t move in straight lines, and growing up doesn't exactly come with a clear roadmap. I work with adolescents and young adults navigating stress and anxiety, identity questions, and uncertainty about what comes next. I’ve helped clients who are managing social anxiety and pressure from school or family expectations, as well as many clients struggling with ADHD and challenges of executive function. I’ve sat with clients as they’ve grappled with questions of faith and cultural belonging. Wherever you are in your story, whatever brings you to therapy, you do not need to have it figured out before you begin.

Drawing from a person-centered and relational-psychodynamic approach, I work with clients collaboratively while incorporating creative expression, storytelling and play, mindfulness, and practical tools for each client’s unique needs. A session with me might start with breathwork and grounding, or we might chat about your day over a game of Uno. Or if it’s your style, we’ll jump right into mapping out where your patterns came up this week. Therapy has the ability to not only help individuals and families develop greater insight, but support them stepping into more adaptive ways of relating to themselves and others.

As a third culture kid and daughter of immigrants, I’ve seen how experiences of culture, faith, and family shape people. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in schools and community outreach supporting children and families from a variety of cultural backgrounds. My clinical background includes supporting middle and high school students and their families across a range of contexts including school, nonprofit, and medical settings.

I earned my M.S. Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller School of Psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy. I am Restoration Therapy Level 1 & 2 Certified, and a California Board of Behavioral Sciences Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #157484) and Registered Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC #20415), practicing under supervision.
